saturday poems

6.19.06

summer photos

memories
like sand dusks
drifting on beach

with sun tans
& scars
over the crreatiom
of
summer photos
~

my ringless finger

i am a maid
with my ringless finger
single but little lonely
sometimes

i watch
the lovers' marriage
rings go shining against
my pupils

& i look at my ringless finger
i'd held it for a while
thinking someday

love will find me
i'll find him
at the very last end

I love the line "my ringless finger." Nice one! And may all of us form a ring connecting all sentient beings across the world.
