a walk in the snow

a walk in the snow

     a walk in the snow
white flakes on the ground
feels like ur still in the middle of the winter wonderland

oh thunder clouds stand in the sky
filled with more million cute flurries
they wanted to go falling and absolutely free

somehow the grass needs more snow
to feed the broken roots
cos the snow has a lot of water-

but where's the rain?
the snow must turn into rain
     it didn't-

          so there's an old man
shoveling all the sluggish ice
     off the sidewalk

must be hard to clear the avenue roads
everything has become a crowded fog
i could not see anything

lately i'm tired of this weather

     when will the spring comes?
when will the beautiful day arrive?

i need daylight early
i need night later

     oh

     a walk in the snow
a lady and a guy in hand in hand
     they look so in love

yet i see them smiling
wish i have a handsome guy
who can walk with me in the
          precious snow

holding my hand for all he can feel my soul

maybe one day
i find somebody special who can run away
with me on this foggy day
if i only get lucky
