Another autumn morning

Another autumn morning                         11.11.2006

Sunshine is brightly glistening in my mother’s room. its peeking through her white blinds. Yet she stepped over the light on the floor rug with her everyday shadow. I know for a fact that she is doing something important in the time of need.

While I drank the whole pink cup of coffee, I sat there with a laptop in front of me. My friend left a message last night. She needed to chat with me but I wasn’t there to be on her side. Instead I went to bed.

I was checking my emails. There was nobody I don’t even know. Then I went to my blog and check my comments. I only got 2 comments. I had post a haiga.

Now here I am writing what’s on my mind today. There is still a red orangey leaves tree outside just blossoming away. I wonder when the leaves will fall off the branches because winter is coming soon.

Haiku:

Mother’s room
The sunlight came peeking
Through her blinds

     Blossom of gold leaves
     Still waiting for
     Whitening winter

I’m here thinking
Another
Autumn morning
