Dear Winnie the Pooh, 3-3-08

Dear Winnie the Pooh,

 

you're sweet like honey droppings

oh you adorable, famous

cuddly fuzzy bear

i want to hold you dear

and when i remember you

i feel like a child again

 

oh mr. shepard

he has created  a lovely creature like you

and your gentlle friends

and what joy to have them

 

especially christopher robin

a kindest boy he is

with the smile on his face

calling you "silly old bear"

 

oh you winnie the pooh

 better watch for the honeybees, my friend

they will sting your gold yellow fur

 if you ever got the honey

 

when you tried to climb a tree

and floating in the blue sky

with the help of a balloon

trying to get that golden sweet honey

 

i thought to myself

what am i going to do with you, pooh?

my sweetest fuzzy pooh bear

you know i love you

and your gentle friends, indeed!
