I hear it’s goin to disappear 

And how sad, 

Today I learned about 

Teens Recordin a man 

Drownin dyin in the lake

And they laughed…these 

Boys laughed not helpin 

This man….it was sad….

The fact you posted 

This on the internet, 

For clout, for others 

To mock….

We live in a digital world 

Where we get an attention 

So easy to the point you wanna 

Humiliate someone on social 

Media….remember, the internet 

Never forgets..which is scary….

I guess 

Lack of empathy 

Is entertainin, right?

The comments are the worst…..

What’s the point?

Nobody has humanity 

Anymore? No respect?

What’s crazier is that 

Some people don’t know 

How to mind their business….

They really don’t….

Oh where’s the empathy?

How come we’re not teachin

Our babies to be kind?

Why are we so rude?

And cruel?

And yet, 

It’s traumatizin

Like we have no souls….

Are we givin ourselves to robots? 

To all social platforms?

We must be sick in our heads

This is why

This is a harshest earth 

We breathe in….

I’m not tryin to be negative 

Or anythin like that 

I’m tellin the truth…

We’re ungrateful 

We’re unappreciative 

And we lack empathy….

Honestly 

These are the times 

When we don’t give a fuck….

We should care 

We should respect 

We should love

We should have peace

Especially empathy 

And empathy is turnin 

To what is empathy…

It doesn’t exist anymore….

I think social media plays a role 

Which is bonkers….

People need to relearn 

How to be in someone’s shoes again…

We also need to bring 

Shame back into this world….
