Rude awakenin

Somebody has a rude 

Awakening….

And she doesn’t like it….

She doesn’t like to 

Wake up to see the bull shit

So she tried to go back to sleep….

Sleep has took her so far 

To the point where she can’t 

Stand the truth, the actual truth….

She pissed, she ain’t prepared 

For what was bound to happen…

Well guess what, she found out…

She found out that she wasn’t invited 

To the table, therefore she sat by the 

Sidelines spewin anger cos her so called 

Friends won’t let her join the game….

She went to the other route, however 

Some folks won’t join cos she talked down 

On them….

Nobody trusts her….

After she’s in a rude awakenin….

Nobody forgives what she said 

About the folks…the folks who look

Like her……she acts like she’s somebody

Else yet she ain’t….

She was told she was black, 

Guess what so called friends 

Her white friends won’t let her in 

Ya they remind her 

She’s still a negro, by showin

That she can never sit with them….

And what do I mean by that?

I mean this is a rude awakenin….
