I don't know why you would say that..

Cos they sacrificed for us to be here…

They suffered,they fought, they bled

They passed on…

You said our ancestors are demons..

No they not…

You're sayin your Great grandparents 

Are demons so you're one as well, right?

I mean you callin your loved ones

The devil, your bloodline is hell 

Cos you got Jesus so much Jesus 

In your soul you will never let him go..

I blame slavery, I blame white folks….

You have no idea that our people, 

Black people have been forced to 

Hold Christianity real tight.. 

Slaveowners beaten us, raped us, 

Killed us into genes…

Now today many black people still walk

Around thankin Jesus more than our 

Ancestors…..

It's our lifetime slaved condition 

And we don't realize it…

They made a law not to practice 

Your own indigenous spirituality 

They pushed bibles in our hands…

White people 

Possibly white men

Told us that our ancestors are demons 

They said our beliefs are the devil worship..

They whoop our own traditions out of

Us and made us accept the white man’s religion…

So called our lord, savior Jesus Christ…

This is why I don’t Fuck with Christianity 

Cos of that history and I never thought 

Jesus was real… he was made up to 

Control African minds…
