I heard churchfolk say he was comin back 

And that he rose from the dead….

That part scared me….

I thought that guy on the cross

I do question the Bible 

And I watched Christians 

Doin the opposite of the good….

And the reason I don’t believe in

Christianity was forced upon black people

Durin slavery and colonialism…

It’s been passed down to generations
