Cos they don’t wanna hear a word of
Truth and facts…they never want them
To discuss racism, the oppression…
In their violent ways, they told us to shut the
Fuck up…and unfortunately black people
Obliged…silence those melaninated voices…
White out everythin our souls said…
White supremacy was like you niggers
Ain’t allowed to speak up…to stand up….
They were stern, many were afraid…
Like our hearts are racin….
With fear….black people are still afraid of the
White man…we stood there and let him violate
Us…when are we goin to learn…
A white boy can’t be trusted…
He said it himself…
He can’t be trusted….
We never listen….
We back away
We defend him
We still love him
It’s crazy after all these years
Stockholm Syndrome has never left our bones…
It’s why whiteness is most favorite color in the world
When it’s unhealthy…
Secretly blackness is other races’ top tier…
You can tell our culture is everywhere…
On the planet
Plagiarizin from our head to toe….
And white folks got the nerve to
Hush black people for talkin common sense
Yet we see our apology tours goin left and right…
The weakness and lost integrity for money…
Doin the right thing is a major threat
To the system….
They’re okay with us doin mass destruction to ourselves
And our own people…
It’s weird…
I don’t wanna hush
I don’t want white people to hush me
To shush my black poetry
Cos they feel uncomfortable…
I don’t give a damn
About feelings…
I don’t want anyone to tell me
To be quiet cos of
Them….
The question is, do i have a thick skin for
Death threats or fbi stalkin
If it comes to these situations…
I don’t know so….
Honestly
I would stop…
I would stop writin
Black poems and write somethin else.
I would cry
I would be scared
But what if I were stronger than that….
Not listenin
Being way too stubborn…
It’s a risk
It’s a challenge….
Black leaders
Passed away
For advocacy
For standin beside black people….
For holdin black unity tighter….
White folks still hush black people…
They hush me too sometimes….
