This man thought

 This man thought 

This man thought 

His ex will come back 

After her “dramatic scene”

But she never came….

She ran off for 

Good….

Cos she had enough…

A few seasons later 

Now he’s runnin back 

To her….

Ain’t it funny?

Ain’t shit funny?

He goes runnin back…

Wonder why…..

She lives without him 

But he ain’t livin without her…

It’s a joke, 

A joke on him…

He did manifest to make 

Her vanish, to have her quiet….

Guess what,

He did…..he told the air 

This is not what I wished for….

Well it’s not everybody’s issue 

Not of their business that 

He made his woman feel small….

He did it on his own….

She loved him, it wasn’t enough…

So she took the high road 

And left his ass…

After all 

He wanted his space….

The space he got, 

Now he doesn’t want it….

He thought he could be 

Happy…

Cos this man thought 

Love is just a thing, 

Thought it was overrated 

Yet it’s deeper than that 

He has to learn the hard way….

Through his regrets….

Through the mirrors she gave him 

Through her absence 

Through the painful silence….

He made his choice….

Oh this man thought 

She would come back 

To love him 

To pluck her weakness

Left and right 

She never did…..

He calls her 

He begs her 

She ignored 

Block his digits…

He needs a docile woman 

With low self esteem, and no self 

Respect who doesn’t mind the hurt…

Who blindly sees thy heartbreak 

Why can he go for her?

But she wasn’t that woman 

Who affected him….

He fell in love with a woman 

Who’s done with his bull shit…

He got his eyes set on 

A woman who finally walked away 

and this humbles his soul….

He woke up with a guilt spreadin 

His bones….he couldn’t get over that 

Then it get worse for him 

She finds someone else 

This time he loves her to the fullest 

Especially through her worse….

and 

This man thought 

Wait a minute 

His ex has move on

She’s a wife and has many babies 

She’s happy 

And he’s  miserable….

This is what he gets 

This is what he lost 

He fumbled her into another man’s arms..
