Havin a crush 

On a teacher 

Is normal 

But inappropriate….

I remember 

Those days 

Where I was infatuated 

With male teachers….

And teacher’s aides…

They’re workin 

And I was a student…

I was kinda actin 

Like a teacher’s pet….

However 

It was professional settin

And I regret for goin too far….

I made some of them 

Blush and that was a no no….

I have told everybody 

I had crushes 

I was obvious 

I flirted….

And these things 

Can lead to 

Embarrassments 

Uncomfortable 

Moments

They were flattered 

But  the moments were inappropriate….

And they were at work 

I was at school….

Sayin they were hot 

Out loud 

Was not a good idea….

So all for the young girls 

And ladies 

Out there 

Don’t be inappropriate 

Meanin don’t act on your feelings 

Just cos teacher is fine 

You’re still a child 

He’s a grown man 

Ok?

Too old to be your dad 

Or he could be your older brother….

Also he might have a wife 

Plus there will be 

More crushes 

In your life even in your own 

Age group….

They come and go 

Someday 

You will find a boy 

Who is goin to have a crush 

On you, too….

He might become your boyfriend 

Into your lovin heart…

And you forget all the crushes 

In the past….

Sometimes you gotta say thank you 

Heartbreak for all the important lessons 

You need to know…

I think 

That’s what crushes are for 

To like someone 

And to be crushed by someone 

Is a teachable experience….

It’s normal 

But havin feelings 

For a teacher with authority 

And act on it is inappropriate…

They’re at work 

You’re in school 

Professional settin…

For real for real 

Keep your infatuation 

To yourself….

Away from silly humiliation….

It’s best not to 

Take it too far….

Sweet, flattery 

But unprofessional…

Think about 

Goin to work 

And you have crushes on your boss….

You prolong this behavior 

Somehow 

You have to be reminded 

That this is not your job description…

Think about that…

It’s the same thing…

With student and teacher…

I understand 

Your daydreams 

And pornographic thoughts 

But come on now 

He’s your professor 

You’re a kid….

You should be 

Studyin 

Head in the books

Don’t you got a quiz 

Tomorrow?
