Does that sound insane?

When he comes, with a full heart 

Sayin those promises he wants to keep 

I know I would believe him 

I know I would trust him completely…

Would I let him stay?

Even after he broke him?

If he begs, 

If he chases me, 

If he never stops lookin at me 

With those dreamy eyes….

Does he want to change?

Not for me, for himself?

I don’t wanna be a thing to be obsessed…

Not a trophy to be possessed….

I’m my own woman 

My own person 

I just want a man who loves me, too

Even after we break up, 

Does it seem like an ego trippin?

Cos 

I imagine myself in a romance mode 

Being chased by a man who haven’t truly given up on us…

Especially after he made me cry…

Though this is a real world 

And I’m not comin back to reconcile 

Not the first time 

If he really wants to be together 

For real for real 

He’s goin to work harder to get me back 

I’m goin to be the coldest shoulder 

Difficult lesson…

He’s goin to work on himself 

Cos 

I’m not goin to be in a relationship 

Where it’s toxic all the time….

I don’t have time for wickedness

 Means it from the soul,

I might consider it carefully 

Cos I don’t have the belief in those words
