I started to think that what

Colorblind racism looks like to me…

Colorblind racism feels like 

You should shut your mouth up 

And not let the truth bombs drop 

Colorblind racism feels like 

You have sugar coated the definition 

Of race and color….

To make white people feel good, 

Not fragile….

Colorblind racism killed black babies…

I hear that sayin goes, 

“Don’t be the only black person in your 

All white friend groups.”

Cos when are we goin to learn 

Black people?

When are we goin to learn?

For our safety?

Colorblind racism is dangerous…Stop 

Teachin your kids that their brown skin 

Don’t matter…it does….

They see color 

They act like they’re blind 

But their eyes are actually on melanin….

White folks always have been envy

That includes other races, they have been envy
