A Daffodil

A daffodil

Grows

In her garden

Counting each clover leaf pops out

Only before her eyes

She looks and said,

wow, you’re a beauty

But where’s the soul?”

Colorful trees

I saw pink, purple

Maybe blue

They are intimately beautiful

As I drove on by

Blossoming my way………..

I love Daffodil. The message was thought provoking for those looking only on the surface. Beauty is soul deep!

I really like the daffodil one! There are so many people like that -- beautiful, but no soul

Good thing you're more than a pretty face, Andrew. :)
